General job qualifications

Bullseye Security is looking for people who can operate individually as well as in a team.

You are eligible for a job with Bullseye Security if you meet the following criteria:

• You have the necessary security diploma (equivalent of the Dutch ‘diploma beveiliger 2 / algemeen beveiligingsmedewerker’)
• You do not have a judicial record
• You possess social skills
• You are willing to work irregular shifts
• The customer’s interest is your priority
• Possession of a professional security diploma has our preference
• You can speak and write Dutch and English fluently
• A first aid certificate has our preference

All jobs can be carried out fulltime, part-time or on a stand-by basis.

Specific job qualifications

All-round security guards
You can carry out a wide variety of services. Should you wish to have a regular property or regular work times, this can be discussed. You have to be willing to work as a shop supervisor.

Property security guards
You will carry out a number of services in and around several properties. You can handle reception tasks, you will walk rounds, perform access control and will carry out searches on people if necessary. You will possibly have multiple properties or an area under your surveillance. You will do this on foot, on a bike or with a car.

Shop supervisors
Shop supervisors are security guards with a retail trade certificate who are willing to work in plain-clothes if necessary. They can work in one store, in multiple stores or in a shopping centre. Shop supervisors are fearless and know how to handle stress. They have authority, adequate social skills and know how to deal with difficult situations in the correct way.

Doormen for the hotel and catering industry
You have affinity with this industry and can stand rough handling. You have the necessary security diplomas for performing this specific work (the equivalents of the Dutch ‘diploma beveiliger 2 / algemeen beveiligingsmedewerker’ and the ‘diploma horecaportier’). You have good communication skills and you are representative.

Safety coordinators
If you have a Bachelor degree in Safety and Security Management we would like to talk with you. You can possibly come to work for us as a security coordinator, on a project basis.

Beach / swimming pool security guards
You like the beach or the swimming pool. You are not fearful and enjoy dealing with young people. You are in possession of a lifeguard diploma or you are willing to get this within one year.

Travel guides
You like travelling as well as security work. You are fearless and willing to work long days. Missing a night’s sleep is no problem for you. You enjoy the sun, sea and beach, like to go out for a night and you possess adequate social skills. You speak English and another foreign language.
