The Bullseye Shop Solution is the newest invention in the battle against shoplifting: professional shop supervisors will keep your shop will under surveillance by means of remote controlled cameras. This is possible for prices as low as 1 euro a day!In short, the Bullseye Shop Solution involves the placement of several digital cameras in your store. This offers you a number of important advantages:
- Everything seen by the cameras is digitally recorded. You do not need to worry about videotapes, since everything is recorded onto a hard disk and overwritten after several days.
- The images can be viewed from external locations. Bullseye Security professionals check the cameras from a surveillance post. In case of trouble, we will contact you, the police or the security service. You are also able to watch the footage safely and easily from an external location, such as your home.
- Images are stored automatically according to time and date. In case of incidents you will thus not have to search videotapes; instead you can easily find the images concerned.
- As soon as somebody presses the panic button, an alarm goes off with everyone watching the system, and contact persons will receive a text message on their phone.
- If you want to know how many people visit your store, during which hours and which parts of the store they visit most, Bullseye Security’s software can answer all those questions.
Technology in the stores
Cameras will be visibly or invisibly placed in strategic locations. In addition, we can install a panic button at every checkout, which can be pressed in case of trouble. A video server with ADSL connection will also be installed in the store to make a secure connection with our external locations possible.
Follow up
The Surveillance Post will always follow up (by telephone) on irregularities noticed. It is also possible to let Bullseye Security take care of dealing with these irregularities. We can have a security guard that can follow up on an alarm permanently patrol your store or the street where your store is located.
The Surveillance Post
The Surveillance Post will try at all time to collect as much data on suspicious persons as possible. Images can be stored, archived and passed on to the proper authorities. You can authorize the Surveillance Post to report trespassing and shoplifting.
Our preparation
In preparation of the camera surveillance, Bullseye Security will meet with the management, the police and the available security service in order to discuss the reaction to shoplifting and suspicious situations. We will also give the store’s staff a short course on how to deal with thieves, our Surveillance Post, the police and with codes. We also let our shop supervisors take a look around the store for a day as an orientation.
The standard package
If you already have a digital camera system, you can stay with it. The standard package consists of a configuration with four cameras. Should you wish to have or need more cameras, this is no problem at all. The system can be easily extended without the need for extra investment in software licenses. With the accompanying software you can quickly and easily view the stored footage. It is also possible to search for images of a specific time and a specific camera.
The costs
The costs of the Bullseye Security Shop Solution depend on your wishes. Would you like us to supervise your store every five minutes, or rather every two minutes? Permanent camera surveillance is also a possibility.
